Please refer to the attached bracket for details. Tomorrow, the CHS girls' team will depart at 7:45am, and the CHS boys' team will leave at noon. Go Bulldogs!

This morning, Tuesday, January 7, Clayton Public School was placed on a soft lockdown from 8:25am to 9:45am following a report of an unknown individual walking across campus carrying a firearm. We have been informed by the police that the suspect is now in custody.
During the lockdown, all exterior doors were secured, and movement within the school was restricted. This precautionary measure was taken to ensure the safety of our students and staff. The campus was thoroughly checked and secured by local police, our school resource officers, Pushmataha County Deputies, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, and the Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Police.
We commend our students and staff for their calm and effective response during this time. The school day is now proceeding as normal. We also extend our sincere gratitude to the law enforcement officers for their swift and decisive action. Clayton Public School remains dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
