We have been in contact with the director of Rank One and the forms are now accessible. We apologize for the delay but parents may now go to rankone.com and fill out the necessary forms. This is for all students in grades 6 through 12 who wish to participate in athletic activities. Go Bulldogs!
Come to our Meet the Teacher night!

IMPORTANT: UPDATED OSSAA ELIGIBILITY PROCESS FOR ALL STUDENT ATHLETES!! Attention Parents & Guardians: The OSSAA has partnered with Rank One to simplify the athletic eligibility process for all Oklahoma schools. This is a statewide OSSAA requirement for every OSSAA member school and is not specific to Clayton Public Schools. **Who is required? All 6th–12th grade students participating in school athletics must complete the following before they are eligible to participate: Receive a current sports physical. Complete all required OSSAA forms through Rank One. Please complete these forms as soon as possible to avoid delays in your student's athletic eligibility. How to Complete Your Rank One Forms Go to rankone.com. Select "Parents Click Here." Click "Go to Forms." Select Oklahoma. Select Clayton Public Schools. Click "Create New Account." You may be asked to provide the following information to create your account and claim your student: ◦ Student's First Name ◦ Student's Last Name ◦ Student's Date of Birth ◦ Student ID Number (this may be required when claiming your student, depending on the account setup process) Complete all required forms. Once all forms have been submitted and processed, your student's name will appear green in the Rank One system. Please note that processing may take a short amount of time. Need your student's ID number? Student ID numbers can be found in the Parent Portal. If you are unable to locate your student's ID number, please contact the Front office at (918)569-4492 and we will be happy to assist, or email jlowe@clayton.k12.ok.us. Need Help? The OSSAA has provided step-by-step tutorial videos to help parents create a Rank One account and claim their student(s). To access these videos, visit ossaa.com, click on the Eligibility tab, then select "Tutorial for a Parent/Guardian Creating a Rank One Account." These videos will walk you through creating your account, claiming your student(s), and completing the required forms. **One-Time Transfer Students: If your student will be completing the OSSAA One-Time Transfer, it is especially important that you complete your Rank One account and all required forms as soon as possible. This allows both the sending and receiving schools adequate time to review and process the required documentation before the July 15 OSSAA deadline. Don't wait until the first practice! Completing your student's Rank One forms and sports physical early will help ensure they are eligible and ready to participate on the first day of practice.
