
Thursday's (March 6th) Home Baseball game has been changed. The game at home has been cancelled. Instead, the High School Baseball team will play AT Haileyville @ 5 pm on Thursday, March 6th.

Nolan Watson scholarship essay (offered through Shamrock Bank) is scheduled for seniors on Monday, March 10 at 12:20 during Mrs. Walker's 5th hour English IV class. All seniors interested in this scholarship need to be present.

CHS students Scarlet Vivyan, Maggie Middleton, Eli Bray and Curt Gray had a full day of learning, networking and showcasing their skills at the Business Professionals of America (BPA) State Leadership Conference in Tulsa.
The day kicked off with intense competitions, where students put their business and leadership abilities to the test. In between events, they had the opportunity to connect with peers from across the state, exchanging ideas and experiences.
The evening wrapped up with an inspiring keynote speaker at the opening session, energizing the students for the rest of the conference.

Due to a lack of participation, the upcoming high school slow pitch softball season has been cancelled. We appreciate the interest from those who signed up and encourage everyone to stay involved in future opportunities.
However, Junior High Softball will still play, and we will post the schedule next week. We look forward to a great season for our younger athletes and appreciate the continued support from players, parents and fans.

Congratulations to CHS students Eli Bray, Curt Gray, and Maggie Middleton for advancing to the Business Professionals of America (BPA) State Leadership Conference & Competition being held in Tulsa.
Eli will compete in Personal Financial Management, while Curt and Maggie will take on Fundamental Spreadsheet Applications. Additionally, Maggie will also compete in Fundamental Word Processing. Each student qualified for the state competition by ranking among the top twenty in their respective category.
Maggie will also be recognized on stage as a Top Eight State Finalist in Digital Marketing Concepts and Top Eight State Finalist in Meeting and Event Planning Concepts.
Way to go Eli, Maggie & Curt! Good luck at state competition!

Scarlet Vivyan and Emily Peterson traveled to Mcalester for the Pittsburg
County Cattlewomans speech contest. Both of these ladies delivered
excellent speeches on Electronic Identification for cattle. Emily won 1st
in her age group Scarlet won 2nd place in her age group. Congrats to these
ladies we are proud of your dedication and look forward to the next
contest.
