Clayton BPA showed up at the 2026 State Leadership Conference! Competing against large schools and technology centers from across the state, CHS BPA delivered incredible results. 🏆 Maggie Middleton 🥇 1st Place – Integrated Office Applications 🥈 2nd Place – Intermediate Word Processing ⭐ Top Eight Finalist – Administrative Office Concepts ⭐ Top Eight Finalist – Parliamentary Procedures 🏆 Nick Adams 🥇 1st Place – Financial Math & Analysis 🥈 2nd Place – Personal Financial Management ⭐ Top Eight Finalist – Parliamentary Procedures 🏆 Curt Gray 🥉 3rd Place – Integrated Office Applications 🏆 Bryson Caraway 🥇 1st Place – Fundamentals of Word Processing Four competitors. Multiple podium finishes. Finalists across events. Clayton BPA proved that hard work, preparation, and determination can compete with anyone. We are incredibly proud of these students for representing our school and community so well!

Students attending the curriculum contest tomorrow at Eastern State College—We will be leaving at approximately 7:50 a.m.

Last week 5th grade wrapped up reading the novel, Shiloh, by watching the movie with Mrs. McEntire’s beagles! The students later compared the book to the movie!

Scholarship opportunity for seniors: The Frances Koop Parsons/AT&T Pioneers Memorial Scholarship is now available. This scholarship is open to first-time freshmen with at least a 3.0 GPA and whose family income does not exceed $75,000. The recipients will receive a $1000 cash award to be used at an eligible OK career technology center, two-year college, or four-year college. Our FFA and 4H members have had a very busy week at the Pushmataha County Show. They have competed in Ag Mech, Swine, Cattle and the Sheep show. We are proud to announce that all of our livestock showman made the premium sale ! Congratulations to these hardworking students on their accomplishments and good luck to those that will be competing at OYE in a few short weeks. Highlights include:

Reminder to Seniors: The essay portion of the Nolan Watson scholarship is scheduled for tomorrow, March 3rd at 11:20 am in Dr. Gore's classroom. All seniors interested in this scholarship are welcome to participate.

Dance Fundraiser Success!

Read Across America Week is celebrated from March 2 to 6 — it begins on the birthday of the beloved author, Dr. Seuss.

We had a few people who didn't get to order so we are doing another. If you would like to make an order please get with Coach Finley.

The Clayton 4-H Welding Team brought home top honors as Division Champions
at the Pushmataha County Junior Ag Mechanics Contest.
Their award-winning project — a custom-built smoker — impressed judges with
its quality construction and functional design.
The team’s hard work will be on full display this Friday evening when their
smoker is auctioned during the Premium Sale and Dinner. Community members
are encouraged to come out, enjoy the event, and show their support by
bidding on this impressive project.
Let’s rally behind these hardworking students and celebrate their success!

Attention Seniors: Nolan Watson Scholarship Essay The Nolan Watson Scholarship through Shamrock Bank will hold its essay portion on Tuesday, March 3, during English IV class beginning at 12:20 p.m. All seniors are invited and encouraged to attend. This year, students will be given one essay question based on one of the following three topics: • Gold and Silver • Political Polarization • Social Media and Mental Health Please be prepared to participate and take advantage of this scholarship opportunity.
