Teachers: Spring pictures will begin this morning with sports pictures due to the softball/baseball teams leaving early for tournaments. Coaches - please have HS and JH baseball and softball players in the gym and dressed by 8am. As soon as sports pictures are complete, we will send for classes starting with the P3/P4 program. The yearbook staff has been working hard all year to bring you the first ever interactive yearbook. Don't wait, we only have a limited number of yearbooks available, get yours while they last! Order forms are available in the HS & Elementary Offices and in Mrs. Payne's classroom.
Spring Individual Pictures and Spring Sports Pictures - Thursday, March 28
All students will take individual pictures and proofs will be sent home at a later date for ordering. If you are ordering sports pictures, please turn in your order form & money to the photographer Thursday morning. Softball and baseball (both JH and HS) will take pictures BEFORE leaving for the tournaments that day.
The softball game scheduled for today, Monday, March 25 with Cameron has been canceled.
We are excited to announce the implementation of a new automated absence notification system at Clayton Public Schools. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance communication and ensure the safety and well-being of our students, we will be rolling out automated messages to notify parents/guardians when their student was absent from school.
Starting today, Monday, March 25, 2024, you will receive automated notifications, via email, text message, and a text-to-voice phone call at 5:00 PM each school day if your student was marked absent..
Parents/guardians are encouraged to ensure that their contact information is up-to-date in the school's records to receive these notifications effectively. Any changes to contact information should be promptly communicated to the elementary or high school offices.

FCCLA Cinnamon Roll Fundraiser. $20 per dozen or $10 per half-dozen. Order by Wednesday, Febuary 28. Rolls will be made and pick up/delivery on Friday, March 1. Please contact Ramonia Davis or any CHS FCCLA Member to order.
Reminder: Class & Club Pictures AND Parent/Teacher Conferences are tomorrow, February 8. Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held from 3:30pm - 8:45pm. Art students will be showcasing their work in the HS Art Room. We have amazing artists at Clayton Public Schools, make plans to stop by and see their work during the conference!
Spring Baseball and Softball meetings TONIGHT, February 2, at 6:00pm. Softball meeting will be in the gym and baseball meeting will be at the rodeo concession stand. This is for 6th grade and up and for both parents and students. If you plan to play Spring baseball or softball, please make plans to attend tonight's meeting. If you have any questions, contact Coach Branden Potts and/or Coach Haley Potts.
