Dear Parents/Guardians
To help ensure a safe and organized dismissal each afternoon, we are asking for your help with any changes to your child's normal after-school transportation.
If your child will be going home differently than their usual routine, please notify the school office no later than 2:30 p.m.
Changes may include switching from bus to pickup, pickup to bus, or any other change to your child's regular dismissal routine.
If the office has not been notified by 2:30 p.m., your child will be sent home according to their normal transportation routine.
We understand that unexpected situations can occur, but having transportation changes communicated by 2:30 p.m. allows our staff enough time to notify the appropriate teachers and make sure every student gets where they need to go safely.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us make dismissal as safe and smooth as possible for everyone.
